My contribution: Program leadership across three work streams: facilities, culture, technology.
Outcome:
redesigned work environment (closing the offices and having everyone work from home for four months)
transition to a trust and outcome based leadership model, 600 employees proficient in virtual collaboration.
The program generated revenue by supporting customers to implement the New World of Work using Microsoft technologies and guidance.
The Project: Microsoft Switzerland and Swisscom initiative to boost flexible work models and home office in Switzerland.
My contribution: publication of a white paper on key aspects for organizations to consider for implementing home office - from an employee engagement, productivity and legal perspective.
Outcome: 100'000 people worked from home on May 18, 2010 and distribution of the Home Office WhitePaper to 1'500 business leaders in Switzerland.
